Sweepstakes Description: The Sweepstakes begins on 30 August, 2024 at 12:00AM PDT and ends on 21 October, 2024 at 11:59PM PDT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.  The Sweepstakes must be entered by entering the Better Credit waiting list by submitting an entry with a valid email address using the online form provided at https://netspend.com/secured-card and verifying such entry via email. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested.  You may not enter more than one time time (even if you use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices) in an attempt to circumvent the Rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules of the Sweepstakes, Your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Ouro Global, Inc. located at 10900 Stonelake Blvd, Ste 200, Austin, Texas 78759.  
Eligibility: This competition (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who sign up at https://www.netspend.com/secured-card and are 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is open only to persons residing in the US, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Ouro Global, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant ("You") agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules (the “Rules”) and the decisions of the Sponsor, including the interpretation of the Rules and its exercise of discretion, which will be final and binding in all respects. You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.
Prizes: The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will receive the following prizes:
• 1 winner(s) will receive $10,000.
• The Prize will be awarded as a one-time credit to the winner’s Account with a one-time credit of $2.50 to offset a one-time cash withdrawal fee (unless otherwise indicated herein).  All other terms and conditions of the Account apply. For information about the terms, conditions, and fees that apply to your Account, see your Cardholder Agreement.  In the event a prize winner does not have a valid Account, Sponsor may open an Account for such winner preloaded with the prize won plus $2.50 OR, upon request of the prize winner, award the prize to such prize winner in the form of a check.  Any prize awarded in the form of a check WILL NOT include the additional $2.50 deposit referenced above. Fees that apply to your Card may reduce your winnings.
• Acceptance of a prize constitutes prize winner's permission for Sponsor, and its respective designees to use prize winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without further compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
No prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or  is not permitted. Any and all prize-related expenses, including, without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: On or about October 1, 2024 (the “Drawing Date”), one (1) potential prize winner will be randomly selected by a representative of Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Potential prize winner will be notified by a representative of Sponsor by telephone and/or email, using contact information provided to Sponsor. The first attempt to contact potential winner will be within one week of the Drawing Date. Sponsor is not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within two (2) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified, and an alternate prize winner may be selected. Sponsor will have complete discretion over the interpretation of the Official Rules, of administration of the Sweepstakes, and of selection of winners. Decisions of the Sponsor as to the selection of the winners will be final.
Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms and Conditions. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by the Rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstake,You agree to release and hold harmless Ouro Global, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including, but not limited to, the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; or (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
Governing law, jurisdiction and disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules or the rights and obligations of participants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the state of Texas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) PARTICIPANTS' REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND PARTICIPANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. THE PARTIES EACH AGREE TO FINALLY SETTLE ALL DISPUTES ONLY THROUGH ARBITRATION, ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, WITH NO CLASS RELIEF; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THE SPONSOR SHALL BE ENTITLED TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF IN THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS IN TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS AND ANY OTHER COURT WITH JURISDICTION OVER THE PARTIES. IN ARBITRATION, THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY AND REVIEW IS LIMITED. THE ARBITRATOR'S DECISION AND AWARD IS FINAL AND BINDING, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, AND JUDGMENT ON THE AWARD MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT WITH JURISDICTION. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM, SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION BEFORE A SOLE ARBITRATOR UNDER THE STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES PROCEDURES OF JAMS INC. ("JAMS") OR ANY SUCCESSOR TO JAMS. IN THE EVENT JAMS IS UNWILLING OR UNABLE TO SET A HEARING DATE WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OF THE FILING OF A "DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION," THEN EITHER PARTY CAN ELECT TO HAVE THE ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION ("AAA") OR ANY OTHER MUTUALLY AGREEABLE ARBITRATION ADMINISTRATION SERVICE. IF AN IN-PERSON HEARING IS REQUIRED, THEN IT WILL TAKE PLACE IN AUSTIN, TEXAS; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, IF AUSTIN, TEXAS IS NOT CONVENIENT FOR THE HEARING, THE PARTIES MAY MUTUALLY AGREE ON AN ALTERNATIVE LOCATION. THE FEDERAL OR STATE LAW THAT APPLIES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL ALSO APPLY DURING THE ARBITRATION. DISPUTES WILL BE ARBITRATED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WILL NOT BE CONSOLIDATED WITH ANY OTHER PROCEEDINGS THAT INVOLVE ANY CLAIMS OR CONTROVERSY OF ANOTHER PARTY, INCLUDING ANY CLASS ACTIONS; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, IF FOR ANY REASON ANY COURT OR ARBITRATOR HOLDS THAT THIS RESTRICTION IS UNCONSCIONABLE OR UNENFORCEABLE, THEN THE AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE DOESN'T APPLY AND THE DISPUTE MUST BE BROUGHT IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION IN TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS. SPONSOR AGREES TO PAY THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND ARBITRATOR'S FEES IN ORDER TO CONDUCT THE ARBITRATION (BUT SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDING ANY TRAVEL OR OTHER COSTS OF PARTICIPANT TO ATTEND THE ARBITRATION HEARING). EITHER PARTY MAY, NOTWITHSTANDING THIS PROVISION, BRING QUALIFYING CLAIMS IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

Winners List: To request a copy of the winners list please contact the Sponsor. Requests must be sent within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.  All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
